Job Description
Lead, supervise, and motivate the team of waiters to ensure smooth daily operations. Organize work schedules and shifts for service staff. Monitor stock levels of food, beverages, and raw materials. Oversee task performance and service quality of team members. Organize ordering, receiving, and handling of drinks. Actively serve guests and support the team during service hours.
Job Requirements
Relevant professional qualifications in hospitality or service. Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar supervisory role. Reliable, organized, and detail-oriented personality. Willingness to work and ability to perform well in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
