Recruiting, training, and supervising bar staff Ensuring compliance with licensing, hygiene, and health and safety regulations Creating and implementing bar marketing strategies Organizing and promoting special events and parties at the bar Overseeing the preparation and presentation of beverages to meet set standards Resolving customer complaints promptly to ensure customer satisfaction Managing budgets and controlling costs to maximize bar profitability Ordering, maintaining, and controlling bar inventory Performing regular stock-takes and inventory checks Ensuring the bar is well-stocked with ice, glassware, spirits, and other supplies Inspecting the bar area for cleanliness and maintaining strict hygiene standards Check customers' identification and confirm it meets legal drinking age

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree Proven work experience as a Bar Manager, or similar role within luxury atomosphere Good knowledge of wines, beer, and spirits Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to handle money accurately and operate a point-of-sale system Ability to handle difficult customers Ability to manage and lead a team

Additional Information

Prior experience working with Opera or a related system

Fluency in English
