PRODUCT

• Managing and planning the production in the bar and MINT artisan beverage product and coffee manufactory, ensuring that all the products are consistently made with highest attention to detail and quality - keeping consistency between batches, ensuring that all packaging regulations are withheld, controlling the proper storage of various products etc.
• Handling orders for artisan products, ensuring that every order is processed on time
• Consistently training your team to be efficient in order processing - to put out products with highest quality in shortest amount of time
• Supervision and responsibility for compliance with the drink recipe and their quality and appearance
• Ordering supplies and keeping track of it's quality.

VENUE ENVIRONMENT

• Maintaining clean and functional work environment - controlling that all preparatory, cleaning and maintaining tasks carried out by bar personnel are done according to internal standards and properly documented in checklists.
• Making sure all technologies are fully functionable, solving potential problems in shortest amount of time possible.

PROFIT

• Managing budget and complex economy of coffee roastery and artisan beverage production
• Keeping track of inventory and stock - evaluating shortages and surpluses
• Always looking for improvement possibilities when it comes to prices, quality, availability etc.
• Creating effective working schedules

STAFF

• Sourcing, interviewing, and hiring bar staff, building the team from individuals with diverse personalities
• Training bar staff in day-to-day processes with the goal of achieving highest quality, consistency, and speed possible
• Providing support and mentoring for bartenders to build professional and motivated bar team
• Motivating staff to always strive to be better
