We are looking for individuals who have creativity, have a solid knowledge of cocktails and spirits, and are able to evidence good business acumen, a strong work ethic, and people-management skills.

Applicants are required to have 2 - 3 years of relevant experience in a luxury setting.

Must have prior Mixologist experience.

A college degree preferably specializing in Food & Beverage Management or equivalent experience is required.

Overseeing the development and implementation of departmental strategies and concepts.

Ensuring the beverage operations meet the brand\'s target customer needs ensures employee satisfaction focuses on growing revenues and maximizes the financial performance of the departments.

Maintain constant communication with suppliers and bring in activations to the venue.

Have good control of inventories and maintain healthy par stock for the bar.

Delivering products and services to meet or exceed the needs and expectations of the brand\'s target customers and property employees and providing a return on investment.

Developing a strong relation with our best guests, federate employees around project and goals.

Complete work orders for maintenance repairs.

Check stock and requisition necessary supplies.

Communicate the last call at the designated closing time.

Assist management in hiring, training, scheduling, evaluating, counseling, disciplining, and motivating, and coaching employees.

This position requires an applicant with a flexible schedule and the ability to work all shifts, weekends, and holidays.
