What We're Looking For

A proven track record of 2-3 years in a similar role, delivering Sensational Experiences synonymous with FIVE's Award-Winning Service Quality. Remarkable Experience in managing Outdoor Venues is preferred. Excellent skills in Planning and Organising the bar, beverage promotions, and activities, orchestrating Lively and Engaging Experiences for our Guests. Sophisticated Knowledge of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, as well as Innovative and Trendy techniques, taking every opportunity to educate both Guests and Fellow 'FIVERs'. A Proactive Nature, coupled with a meticulous Eye for Detail, ensures every aspect of the Operation is perfectly curated. A Welcoming and Enthusiastic Energy that sets the tone for a Sensational Guest Experience. Next-Level Organisational and Supervisory skills, effectively Leading and Inspiring the FIVE Tribe to New Heights. Exceptional skills in Improving Customer Satisfaction and Driving Profitability, showcasing a commitment to Industry-Leading Standards. Key Responsibilities

Manages a sophisticated Bar Service, offering 'FIVE-Star' Beverages that Elevate the Guest Experience and Adhere to stringent alcoholic beverage Licensing Regulations. Leads an Award-Winning Service Team dedicated to providing Efficient, High-Quality Service that exceeds Guest Expectations. Supervises and ensures the Meticulous Implementation and continuous assessment of Guest Service Standards, always Setting the Gold Standard in the Industry. Sets up the Dining Concept to ensure it meets predetermined Operational Standards, maintaining a buzzing 'Vibe at FIVE.' Champions Compliance with Licensing Regulations and Hotel Procedures pertaining to the Bar, including alcoholic beverage service. Strategically Boosts Revenue and Elevates the Average Spend per Guest through strategic Upselling, extraordinary Customer Service, effective Training, and Motivational Techniques. Develops and delivers industry-leading 'FIVER' Training Programmes, enhancing the FIVE Tribe's knowledge and expertise. Showcases an in-depth Knowledge of All Bar Beverages to verify their preparation according to recipe and presentation, as well as Educates FIVE Tribe Members on the Correct Beverage Standard. Adheres to FIVE's Health and Safety, and Fire Regulations, and Procedural Standards, ensuring all 'FIVERs' understand and apply them Effectively. Guarantees an Insta-Worthy Appearance and Uniform Conformity among all FIVE Tribe Members, upholding the Glamorous Image of FIVE. Maintains and handles Beverage Service equipment with stunning Precision. Actively participates in daily and monthly Food and Beverage Meetings, Contributing to the disruptive 'Vibe at FIVE.' Meticulously completes all required Administrative Tasks in line with FIVE's Protocols regarding staff management.
