Company Our client is a well-known Luxury lounge for an Aviation company. The company has more than 600 employees in a vast number of divisions and departments. They are currently looking for a Bar Host to be based in Bahrain. Duties & Responsibilities:

• Welcomes guests warmly upon arrival at the Bar
• Introduces cocktails and selections of cold beverages to guests
• Attractively promotes hot beverages elections
• Recommends cocktails , raw cold pressed juices, wines and other special beverages
• Provides specific product information when guests
• Show interest about certain products
• Engages with warmth and openness with guests - stays fully present
• Initiates conversations with guests
• Offers spontaneous wine/ liquor tastings
• Wishes all guests a pleasant journey
• Demonstrates expert beverage mixing skills
• Serves beverages directly to guests at the Library Bar
• Provides the lounge team with beverage orders
• Always offers replenishment of beverages to guests
• Monitors stock levels for beverages
• Maintains an inventory log and restocks supplies as needed
• Sets up and closes down the bar area
• Keeps the bar area looking professional
• Ensures a high level of hygiene standards and cleanliness at all times
• Performs internal beverage training sessions and coaching of junior staff/new hires
• Occasionally assist with clearing tables

Qualification & Requirements:

• Certificate OR college courses in hospitality, F&B service , bar tendering/mixology is required
• Work experience within a luxury hotel or high-end restaurants/club/lounge
• Has a friendly, welcoming approach
• Love interacting and listening to others
• Good conversationalist
• Puts customer satisfaction as a priority
• Always pay attention to details
• Well-organized and efficient
• Warm and positive attitudes
• Takes pride in appearance
