Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and customer-focused Bar Attendant who can communicate fluently in Russian and English. The role involves preparing and serving beverages, maintaining a clean and well-stocked bar, and delivering exceptional service to our guests.
Key Responsibilities:
Welcome and interact with guests in a professional and friendly manner.
Prepare, mix, and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks according to standard recipes.
Take and process guest orders efficiently.
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the bar area at all times.
Ensure bar is stocked with necessary supplies and assist with inventory control.
Handle payments and issue receipts accurately.
Comply with health, safety, and hygiene regulations.
Provide personalized service to Russian-speaking guests.
Support team members to ensure smooth bar operations.
Requirements:
Previous experience as a Bar Attendant/Bartender in hospitality preferred.
Fluent in Russian and English (spoken and written).
Knowledge of beverages, cocktails, and bar operations.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays.
Positive attitude, grooming standards, and customer service focus.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED2,000.00 per month
