We are looking for a dynamic and confident
Bar Attender
to join our vibrant restrobar team. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional service to guests, prepare and serve beverages, and maintain a lively and welcoming atmosphere at the bar.Ladies Preferred
Key Responsibilities:
Greet guests warmly and provide prompt, friendly service. Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks as per standard recipes. Engage with guests to create a positive and enjoyable bar experience. Maintain bar cleanliness, including glassware, utensils, and work areas. Restock bar inventory and ensure adequate supplies during operations. Process cash and card transactions accurately through the POS system. Adhere to all safety, hygiene, and responsible alcohol service standards. Support bar opening, restocking, and closing duties. Work collaboratively with kitchen and service teams to ensure smooth operations.
Qualifications & Skills:
Previous experience in a bar, lounge, or restaurant preferred. Pleasant personality with excellent communication and customer service skills. Basic knowledge of cocktails, beverages, and bar operations. Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a busy environment. Professional grooming and presentation. Flexible to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Education:
Minimum: High School Diploma or equivalent. Certification in bartending or hospitality (preferred).
