Key Responsibilities

• Support the Chef de Cuisine in overseeing banquet kitchen operations
• Supervise culinary teams to ensure consistent food quality and timely service delivery

• Monitor inventory levels and ensure adequate stock of ingredients and materials
• Coordinate with event management and service teams for seamless banquet execution
• Train, motivate, and evaluate kitchen staff performance
• Enforce standard operating procedures and brand culinary guidelines
• Assist in managing food cost control and operational efficiency

Ideal Profile

• Diploma in Catering or Culinary Arts preferred
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a five-star international hotel or luxury hospitality chain
• 1-2 years of experience in a similar Sous Chef or leadership culinary role
• Strong understanding of banquet operations and large-scale food production
• Ability to manage and inspire multicultural kitchen teams
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
