Banquet Captain (Arabic Female)

We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Banquet Captain to join our team. The ideal candidate should be a female with strong leadership skills, fluent in Arabic, and possess exceptional customer service and organizational abilities.

What you will be doing:

\xc2\xb7 Oversee all aspects of banquet events, including set-up, service, and breakdown.

\xc2\xb7 Ensure that all staff members are properly trained and adhere to company standards.

\xc2\xb7 Supervise and coordinate the activities of banquet staff, including servers, bartenders, and support staff.

\xc2\xb7 Act as a liaison between event organizers and the catering team to ensure all details are communicated and executed seamlessly.

\xc2\xb7 Monitor guest satisfaction and address any concerns or issues promptly.

\xc2\xb7 Maintain a high level of cleanliness and organization in the banquet area

Your experience and skills include:

\xc2\xb7 Previous experience as a Banquet Captain or in a similar supervisory role is preferred.

\xc2\xb7 Fluent in Arabic and English (both written and spoken).

\xc2\xb7 Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.

\xc2\xb7 Exceptional organizational abilities and attention to detail.

\xc2\xb7 Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.

\xc2\xb7 Knowledge of food and beverage service, including alcoholic beverages.

\xc2\xb7 Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods

\xc2\xb7 Are able to work on Public Holidays
