Overview

Define and clarify the scope, objectives and stakeholders of digital projects Manage projects aimed at developing Digital Business and Innovations Ensure communication and collaboration between all stakeholders Create project schedules for each product line Coordinate internal resources for smooth project implementation Ensure timely implementation of projects within the defined scope and budget and ensure their technical feasibility Ensure projects are aligned with objectives, internal policies, procedures, and other relevant standards Review technical specifications and their compliance with the project Provide technical tasks to beneficiaries and monitor the entire implementation process Ensure testing for quality control of assignments Be accountable and raise barriers and risks to management as needed Using different project management approaches Assessment, research and analysis of technical feasibility of business requirements Project risk assessment and analysis

Job Requirements

Higher education in Business Administration, IT, Finance or related fields Minimum 2 years of work experience as a project manager Experience in implementing complex digital projects Work experience in the fintech sector will be considered an advantage Theoretical and practical experience with project management methodologies and tools Excellent leadership, communication and negotiation skills Organizational and team work skills Ability to solve problems quickly and effectively , and to make multiple progress simultaneously
