Asqlaan Business Center is looking for a proactive and knowledgeable Banking & Tax Support Consultant to assist clients after business setup, primarily in bank account opening and tax-related guidance. The consultant will act as a key point of contact between clients, banks, and internal teams, ensuring smooth coordination and client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
Banking Support
Assist clients in opening corporate bank accounts after business setup.
Analyze client profiles and recommend the most suitable bank based on business activity and requirements.
Coordinate with bank Relationship Managers (RMs) and visit banks regularly to stay updated on Account opening procedures ,Documentation requirements, Compliance and approval timelines
Guide clients through the entire bank account opening process via meetings, calls, or visits.
Follow up with banks and clients until successful account activation.
Accounting & Tax Guidance
Guide clients on accounting requirements, including VAT and Corporate Tax (CT).
Explain VAT and Corporate Tax eligibility criteria to clients.
Assist and guide clients on VAT and CT registration procedures.
Coordinate internally with business setup, PRO, and accounting teams.
Ensure accurate information flow and proper documentation handling.
Requirements:
Fluency in English is mandatory; Hindi knowledge is a plus.
1-2 years of experience in client relations, sales, business development, or consultancy (UAE experience preferred).
Good communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
Strong attention to detail, time management, and multitasking ability.
Proactive, self-learner, and able to work independently under pressure.
Salary starts from AED 2,500
