Key Responsibilities:
Promote and sell banking products such as

Generate leads through field sales, referrals, and direct marketing
Maintain accurate customer records and documentation
Ensure adherence to bank policies and compliance guidelines
Achieve assigned monthly sales targets
Coordinate with internal teams for smooth application processing
Eligibility Criteria:
Bachelor's Degree (mandatory)
- Degree certificates must be available
Home country banking sales experience will be considered
Prior experience in banking or financial sales is preferred
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Target-oriented and self-motivated
Knowledge of banking products and sales processes
