We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Business Banking Executive to join our team. The role primarily focuses on
on-field B2B marketing
, targeting new and existing businesses for
opening business accounts
, promoting
business loans
, and
mortgage loan products
. The candidate will be responsible for building strong relationships with business owners and decision-makers through regular field visits.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct on-ground marketing activities and
visit new businesses
daily to promote banking products and services.
Source new business customers for:
Business current accounts
Business loans
Mortgage loan products
Identify and pursue opportunities to grow the business banking customer base through strategic field engagement.
Maintain a robust pipeline of prospective business clients and follow up regularly to convert leads.
Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and loan processing.
Stay up-to-date with market trends, competitor offerings, and customer preferences.
Prepare and submit daily/weekly activity reports to the management.
Qualifications and Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field.
Proven experience in field sales, B2B marketing, or business banking (minimum 1-2 years preferred).
Strong knowledge of business banking products including loans, current accounts, and mortgages.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Self-motivated, proactive, and target-oriented.
Must be comfortable with extensive fieldwork and business visits.
Job Type: Permanent
Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
