Key Responsibilities:
Promote and sell banking credit cards to individual customers through direct sales.
Achieve and exceed assigned monthly sales targets.
Explain credit card features, benefits, eligibility, and documentation requirements clearly to customers.
Maintain a pipeline of leads and follow up regularly.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.
Ensure all applications are accurate, complete, and submitted with proper documentation.
Coordinate with the processing/back-office team for timely application submission and activation.
Attend regular training sessions and product updates.
