Key Responsibilities:
Promote and sell
Mashreq Bank Personal Loan
products to salaried customers.
Generate business through
direct sales, referrals, cold calling, and field activities.
Collect and verify required documentation as per Mashreq Bank and company policy.
Ensure complete and accurate application processing in coordination with the back-office team.
Maintain compliance with bank and regulatory guidelines at all times.
Achieve
monthly sales targets
set by the management.
Build long-term relationships with customers and contribute to repeat business.
Requirements:
Minimum 1 year of UAE experience
in
Personal Loan sales (DSA channel)
- mandatory.* Strong knowledge of UAE banking products and loan processes.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
Positive attitude, target-oriented mindset, and ability to work under pressure.
Should be currently based in the UAE.
Candidates with experience in
Mashreq, ADCB, RAKBANK, or Emirates NBD
loan products will have an added advantage.
Education:
Minimum: Bachelor's Degree in any field.

(depending on experience and performance)
