This banking practice is full service operating across a range of clients including the major financial institutions, investment houses, corporations, large financial advice providers as well as industry groups and regulators. Working closely as a team, the lawyers in this group specialise particularly in drafting and negotiating finance and security documents. Solid experience of syndicated loans, project financing, ship and aircraft financing, Islamic financing would also be a distinct advantage.
