Job Description
An excellent opportunity for a mid-senior level finance lawyer to join a US firm in their Dubai office.
This team acts for lenders and borrowers on a range of complex cross-border banking transactions and the practice covers origination financings across a variety of sectors and asset classes, debt restructurings and special situations, and financial services regulation.
This role would suit someone with between 3-5 PQE and whilst regional experience would be preferable, strong lawyers from the Uk, Ireland, Aus etc are encouraged to get in touch.
