Job Description

A prestigious offshore law firm is seeking a talented Banking & Finance Lawyer (5+ PQE) to join its Dubai office. This is an outstanding opportunity to advise international financial institutions, asset managers, and corporates on complex, multi-jurisdictional transactions spanning the Middle East and global markets. Candidates at 3 PQE will be considered provided they can commence by or before 31 December 2025
Working closely with senior partners and colleagues across the firm's global network, you will advise on a wide range of sophisticated financing transactions, including:

• Fund finance, acquisition finance, structured and leveraged lending
• Asset and project finance, including aviation, shipping, and energy sectors
• Cross-border security, guarantees, and enforcement strategies involving Cayman and BVI entities
• Restructuring and refinancing of existing credit structures
• General banking advisory and regulatory support for offshore vehicles operating in the GCC

You will gain direct exposure to high-value mandates, a strong and consistent deal flow, and work closely with leading global law firms and financial institutions active in the region.
Requirements

• 5yrs+ PQE gained with a top-tier international or leading regional law firm
• Admitted in a Commonwealth jurisdiction (England & Wales, Australia, New Zealand, Ireland, etc.)
• Strong experience advising lenders, sponsors, or borrowers on cross-border finance transactions
• Sound understanding of security structures, inter-creditor arrangements, and finance documentation
• Excellent drafting, negotiation, and client relationship skills
• Confident working across multiple jurisdictions and engaging directly with counterpart counsel
