Opportunity to join a Global law firm in Dubai. The firm is currently seeking to hire a Banking Associate lawyer c. 3 - 6 pqe to join its highly regarded and busy Banking & Finance team in Dubai.
The Role:The successful candidate will work across a broad range of conventional and Islamic banking and finance matters, including:
Syndicated and bilateral corporate lending transactionsEvent-driven financingsIslamic finance (including Shari'ah-compliant structures)Real estate financeProject financeAcquisition financeRestructuring and refinancing matters
This is a fantastic opportunity to work with market-leading lawyers on high-profile transactions across the UAE, KSA, and wider GCC region.
Islamic finance experience to any extent is highly desirable.
