The role involves managing all banking-related services, coordinating documentation, facilitating credit approvals, and ensuring smooth communication between clients and financial institutions.

Key Responsibilities
Client Relationship Management

Serve as the primary point of contact for all client banking needs.
Maintain ongoing communication to ensure high satisfaction and retention.
Address client queries promptly and professionally.

Banking Coordination & Documentation

Coordinate with various banks for account opening and service requests.
Prepare credit proposal packages including financial analysis, risk summaries, and supporting reports.
Liaise with bank teams to facilitate credit approval processes.

Operational Oversight

Monitor timelines and ensure banking approvals are completed within agreed schedules.

Relationship Building

Develop strong working relationships with relationship managers within multiple banks.
Represent the company professionally in all external meetings and discussions.
