Job Description

We are seeking a highly professional Banking & Client Relationship Manager to oversee and strengthen relationships with clients and banking partners. The role involves managing all banking-related services, coordinating documentation, facilitating credit approvals, and ensuring smooth communication between clients and financial institutions.
The ideal candidate must have strong financial understanding, excellent documentation skills, and the ability to manage multiple stakeholders with precision and confidence.
Key Responsibilities
Client Relationship Management

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for all client banking needs.
  • Maintain ongoing communication to ensure high satisfaction and retention.
  • Address client queries promptly and professionally.
Banking Coordination & Documentation
  • Coordinate with various banks for account opening and service requests.
  • Prepare credit proposal packages including financial analysis, risk summaries, and supporting reports.
  • Liaise with bank teams to facilitate credit approval processes.
Operational Oversight
  • Monitor timelines and ensure banking approvals are completed within agreed schedules.
Relationship Building
  • Develop strong working relationships with relationship managers within multiple banks.
  • Represent the company professionally in all external meetings and discussions.
