Job Description
URGENTLY HIRING! A fast growing DSA is hiring Relationship Officers with experience in selling Banking products to promote Sales of Credit Cards and Personal Loan. ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- To market, promote and sustain Personal Banking products through networking and field sales.
- To acquire new business and deepen existing customer relationships for the specialty product or customer segment handled.
- Keeping track of the case and staying updated since the filing of the case till the disbursal.
- To achieve sales targets agreed with the Direct Sales Manager.
- To provide MIS on a weekly basis.
- To conduct promotional activities, meetings ,etc to achieve budgeted sales volumes. This is with respect to capturing prospects for selling PL in the market.
- Understanding customer requirements & closing Sales.
- To ensure total compliance with laid down norms in terms of compliance risk , credit policy , documentation , operational risk and Group / Regulatory control standard
- 2-5 years relevant experience in selling Banking products in Personal Loan category, in the UAE.
- Ability to negotiate deals, along with the ability to interact with people at various levels of the organization and outside environment
- Strong sales and relationship management skills
- Ability to identifying key issues in complex problems/ assignments and analyze those to make effective decisions
- Ability to have a firm grasp of the processes and make changes in system to improve performance.
- Should be result & target oriented.
- Should possess good communication skills.
- Should be able to understand financials & Loan processes.
- Visa & Health Insurance will be provided by the company.
- Fixed salary plus opportunity to earn lucrative incentives and commissions.
- Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
