Job Purpose:

The Bank Relations Manager is responsible for building and maintaining strong, long-term relationships with local and international banks to secure financing, optimize banking services, and support the company's growth. This role plays a key part in negotiating credit lines, improving banking terms, and ensuring efficient financial operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Establish and maintain professional relationships with key representatives of banks and financial institutions in the UAE. Lead negotiations for credit facilities, loans, guarantees, and other banking products. Prepare and present financial documentation and credit applications in collaboration with the finance team. Monitor, manage, and optimize existing credit lines and banking arrangements. Ensure compliance with local banking regulations and internal company policies. Analyze and compare banking products, fees, and terms to ensure best options for the company. Support cash flow planning and treasury operations through effective banking structures. Coordinate bank audits and due diligence processes as needed. Stay updated on financial market trends, regulatory changes, and new banking opportunities.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or related field (Master's is a plus). Minimum of 5 years of experience in banking relations, credit, or corporate finance within the UAE. Strong understanding of UAE banking system, financial instruments, and lending procedures. Excellent negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in financial documentation, business planning, and risk analysis. Fluent in English (Arabic is a strong advantage).
