Conduct pre-evaluation processes for clients who meet system qualifications.
Update client information only with proper authorization, including phone numbers, email, and addresses, ensuring all changes are documented in writing or via call recordings.
Participate responsibly in business campaigns coordinated with commercial relationship executives to maintain strong client relationships within assigned companies.
Follow up promptly on requests, resolving items in reprocessing or return, and monitor each stage of the process to improve delivery times.
Communicate with clients regarding the status and progress of their personal credit processes.
Job Requirements
Completed higher education.
Previous experience in similar roles.
Willingness to work primarily in the field (approximately 80% field work and 20% administrative tasks).
