- Lead the Treasury and Banking Accounting team in ensuring the accuracy of bank general ledger (GL) balances by reconciling them with bank statements and implementing effective controls.
- Ensure compliance with company policies regarding the creation of new suppliers and the modification of existing supplier details in the ERP and banking systems.
- Review PDC Issued and PDC Received GLs in the trial balance and reconcile them with subledgers to ensure there are no discrepancies.
- Develop expertise in the M3 ERP system, becoming a super user for the Bank, Treasury, and Accounts Receivable (Cheque Returned) modules and work to minimize manual processes
