The Bank Account Opening Specialist will be responsible for assisting newly licensed clients of EWBS with their corporate bank account setup in the UAE. This role blends advisory and coordination tasks with a clear focus on
upselling premium services
and contributing to revenue targets. The ideal candidate will have strong banking knowledge, relationship management skills, and a sales-driven mindset.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Client Coordination & Service Delivery
Engage with clients who have completed their business license to explain the available banking options.
Gather all required KYC documents and conduct pre-checks before sharing with banks.
Coordinate appointments with Relationship Managers from partner banks.
Ensure smooth onboarding by proactively following up with clients and banks.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of account opening progress.
2. Sales & Revenue Generation
Upsell premium bank account assistance packages (e.g., VIP handling, express service).
Promote value-added services such as VAT registration, accounting, and virtual office.
Meet or exceed monthly revenue targets from bank account assistance and cross-sell services.
Convert warm leads into paid services through consultative selling.
3. Bank Relationship Management
Maintain strong working relationships with relationship managers from key partner banks.
Keep updated on bank documentation requirements, compliance policies, and turnaround times.
Troubleshoot delays or objections raised by banks and escalate when required.
4. Reporting & Performance
Track and report daily, weekly, and monthly targets and conversion ratios.
Ensure high client satisfaction and gather testimonials wherever applicable.
Provide feedback on client trends and banking pain points to improve the process.
Requirements:
Education & Experience
Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance, or related field.
2+ years of experience in banking, business setup, or the financial services industry.
Familiarity with UAE bank compliance and KYC norms.
Skills & Competencies
Strong interpersonal and sales skills.
Fluent in English; knowledge of Arabic, Hindi, or other regional languages is a plus.
Organized, detail-oriented, and target-driven.
Strong connection in banks for speedy process.
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple cases.
