We are seeking a talented and creative Operations & Production Manager to join our team, overseeing the production process and spearheading sales initiatives that drive growth and customer satisfaction. Job Summary:
As the Operations Manager at POP Balloons, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the day-to-day operations of our balloon production and sales processes. You will lead a team of dedicated employees, manage inventory, and contribute to the development of innovative sales strategies that will position our company for success. As this is family built company employee relations is a key priority employee shares, commission and bonuses are options to be negotiated. Key Responsibilities: 1. Production Management:
- Produce the production of balloon products to ensure quality and efficiency.
- Monitor inventory levels and maintain supplies to meet production demands.
- Implement and improve production processes, striving for cost-effectiveness and quality enhancement.
- Collaborate with the design and creative team to ensure product offerings are aligned with market trends and customer preferences. 2. Team Leadership:
- Manage, train, and motivate your dedicated team.
- Foster a positive and productive work environment, ensuring team cohesion and performance excellence.
- Set clear performance expectations and provide regular feedback and performance evaluations. 3. Sales and Marketing:
- Develop and execute creative sales and marketing strategies to increase product sales and brand visibility.
- Identify target markets, customer segments, and emerging trends to refine our sales approach.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling promotional materials. - Participate in trade shows, events, and community engagement to promote our products. 4. Quality Assurance:
- Maintain strict quality control measures to ensure the delivery of top-notch balloon products to customers.
- Monitor customer feedback and take necessary actions to address any concerns or issues.
- Continuously seek ways to enhance product quality and customer satisfaction. 5. Financial Management:
- Monitor budgetary constraints and implement cost-effective strategies to maintain profitability.
- Develop financial reports and forecasts to track operational performance.
- Work with the finance department to manage expenses, pricing strategies, and revenue goals. Qualifications: - Secondary education and above.
- Proven experience in operations management and sales, preferably in the event or balloon industry.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Creativity and the ability to think outside the box.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Detail-oriented and committed to quality assurance.
