Job Description
We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Balloon & Wedding Decoration Specialist to plan, design, and execute beautiful decorative setups for weddings, engagements, parties, and other events. The ideal candidate will have a passion for decor, an eye for aesthetics, and hands-on skills in creating balloon arrangements and wedding-themed decorations.
Key Responsibilities:
Plan, design, and execute balloon decorations, arches, backdrops, and centerpieces for various events.
Develop wedding decor concepts including stage setups, floral arrangements, lighting layouts, and thematic designs.
Coordinate with clients to understand event themes, color schemes, and preferences.
Manage decoration materials, inventory, and timely installation at event venues.
Ensure all decor items are set up safely and removed after the event.
Work closely with the event management team to meet deadlines and budgets.
Suggest innovative ideas to enhance the visual appeal of events.
Supervise decoration assistants or helpers (if applicable).
Requirements:
Proven experience in balloon decoration and/or wedding decoration.
Creative eye for design, color coordination, and aesthetics.
Knowledge of current decoration trends and techniques.
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and during peak wedding seasons.
Basic knowledge of safety procedures when using balloons, props, and electrical decor.
