We are seeking a passionate and skilled

Ballet Dance Coach

to lead engaging and high-quality ballet classes for children in school settings. The coach will be responsible for teaching foundational ballet techniques, fostering creativity and confidence, and ensuring a safe, supportive learning environment for all students.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct ballet classes for students across various age groups (primarily KG to Grade 8). Teach fundamental ballet positions, techniques, posture, flexibility, and rhythm. Plan age-appropriate lesson plans that balance technique, creativity, and fun. Encourage discipline, confidence, and artistic expression in students. Prepare students for school events, performances, and end-of-term showcases. Ensure safety, proper warm-up, and injury-prevention practices. Provide constructive feedback and support individual student progress. Maintain professional communication with school staff and parents when required. Manage attendance, class behavior, and a positive learning environment. Represent the academy and uphold high standards of professionalism at all times.

Requirements:

Previous experience teaching ballet to children (school or academy setting preferred). Strong background in classical ballet; certification or formal training is an advantage. Excellent classroom management and communication skills. Energetic, patient, and passionate about working with young learners. Ability to adapt lessons to different skill levels and age groups. Professional, reliable, and punctual.

Preferred Skills:

Experience preparing students for stage performances. Knowledge of creative movement and child-friendly choreography. Ability to inspire confidence and instill a love for dance.

Work Details:

Location: Various partner schools across the city. Schedule: During school hours or after-school programs. Contract type: Part-time / Full-time depending on school requirements.
