Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and certified Balinese Massage Therapist to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should be highly skilled in a wide range of Balinese and therapeutic massage techniques and passionate about providing a professional and relaxing experience.

Key Responsibilities



Perform customized massage treatments based on client needs and preferences. Deliver services with high professionalism, hygiene, and care in clients' homes. Maintain clean tools and setup, following salon hygiene protocols. Provide guidance and aftercare advice to clients where necessary. Recommend appropriate follow-up treatments or add-ons. Uphold The Asha Salon's values of warmth, care, and excellence in every service.

Massage Types to Perform



A strong Balinese Massage Therapist at The Asha Salon must be trained in and capable of delivering the following:

Traditional Balinese Massage Deep Tissue Massage Anti-Cellulite Massage Relaxation / Aromatherapy Massage Pregnancy Massage Sports Massage Neck, Shoulder & Back Focus Massage Foot Reflexology Head & Scalp Massage Stretching and Passive Yoga-Inspired Techniques Hot Stone Massage

Requirements



Formal training and certification in Balinese and therapeutic massage. Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience. Professional attitude, grooming, and communication skills. Ability to work independently and travel to client homes. English-speaking (basic level); other languages are a plus. Must be reliable, punctual, and client-focused.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From AED4,000.00 per month
