Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Balance Sheet Reconciliation Specialist to ensure accuracy, compliance, and audit readiness in financial reporting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform and review complex balance sheet reconciliations.
- Investigate and resolve discrepancies promptly.
- Ensure compliance with internal controls and audit requirements.
- Support month-end and year-end reporting processes.
- 6-8 years of experience in accounting/finance, preferably in insurance or banking.
- Expertise in reconciliations, variance analysis, and ERP systems.
- ACCA / CA certification preferred.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
