Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Bakery/Showroom Supervisor to oversee bakery staff, uphold quality standards, train new team members, address customer concerns, and enforce bakery regulations and safety measures. Key Responsibilities:

Manage daily bakery operations, ensuring efficiency and adherence to standards.
Train and supervise bakery staff to maintain a high level of productivity and customer service.
Ensure that quality and safety standards are consistently met.
Handle customer complaints and inquiries professionally and promptly.
Implement and enforce bakery standards and safety regulations.
Monitor inventory levels and place orders for supplies as needed.
Work to improve sales and customer satisfaction through effective leadership.

Qualifications:

Previous experience in a bakery or similar role.
Excellent leadership and management skills.
Strong problem-solving abilities.
Knowledge of bakery operations and safety regulations.
Good communication and customer service skills.

Preferred:
Background in FMCG (Fast-Moving Consumer Goods) Industry
