Prepare and bake bread, pastries, cakes, cookies, and other bakery items as per standard recipes
Measure, mix, and prepare ingredients accurately
Operate bakery equipment such as ovens, mixers, and proofers safely
Ensure proper presentation, taste, and quality of bakery products
Follow food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards at all times
Maintain cleanliness of the bakery workstation, tools, and storage areas
Monitor stock levels of ingredients and inform the supervisor of shortages
Assist in receiving and storing bakery supplies properly
Work efficiently to meet production schedules and deadlines
Support other kitchen team members when required
Requirements & Skills:
Previous experience in a bakery or similar role preferred
Basic knowledge of baking techniques and ingredients
Understanding of food safety and hygiene standards
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Team player with a positive attitude
Willingness to work flexible hours, shifts, or weekends
