About the Role:
We are looking for a diligent and energetic
Bakery Helper
to be a vital part of our kitchen and operations team. This is a hands-on position requiring a positive attitude, an eye for detail, and a commitment to maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and efficiency.Salary package:
1,800 AED per month. (MUST HAVE OWN VISA)
Key Responsibilities:
Shop Chores & Sanitation:
Perform regular and deep cleaning of all bakery areas, including floors, counters, ovens, equipment, and public spaces. Wash, sanitize, and properly store dishes, utensils, mixing bowls, and baking trays. Manage waste disposal, ensuring trash, recycling, and composting are handled correctly. Ensure all food preparation and storage areas strictly adhere to health and safety regulations.
Packaging and Preparation:
Neatly and accurately package and label various baked goods for retail display and customer orders. Assist Head Bakers with basic preparation tasks, such as scaling ingredients, lining baking sheets, and washing produce. Monitor and restock retail shelves, ingredient storage areas, and general supplies throughout the day.
Inventory & General Support:
Receive, check, and store incoming deliveries of ingredients and supplies. Help track inventory levels and communicate any low-stock items to the supervisor. Support the front-of-house team during busy periods by bagging orders or assisting with minor customer inquiries. Carry out all other assigned duties necessary for the smooth and efficient running of the bakery.
