Join our team and showcase your passion for baking! We're looking for a skilled
Baker
to prepare fresh breads, pastries, and desserts with creativity and consistency.What You'll Do
Prepare and bake fresh bread and other bakery items daily. Ensure consistency in taste, quality, and presentation according to company standards. Follow recipes and maintain proper portion control. Monitor ingredient stock levels and assist with inventory management. Operate and maintain baking equipment safely and efficiently. Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the bakery area in compliance with food safety standards. Assist in creating new bakery products and seasonal offerings. Work collaboratively with the kitchen team to meet production schedules and customer demand.
What We're Looking For
2+ years of baking experience Strong knowledge of baking techniques & food safety Ability to work early mornings & in a fast-paced kitchen Passion, teamwork & attention to detail
