Job Description
A bakery chef, also known as a pastry chef, is responsible for creating and preparing a variety of baked goods, including pastries, desserts, and breads. They develop new recipes, manage inventory, maintain a clean and organized kitchen, and train junior staff. They also work with other kitchen staff to plan menus and ensure high-quality standards are met.
