, a leading dining destination in Lusail known for its elegant ambiance, quality ingredients, and freshly baked goods.
We're looking for a

skilled Bakery Chef

with a passion for artisanal bread, viennoiserie, and creative baked products.

Responsibilities



Prepare, bake, and finish a variety of breads, pastries, and bakery items following The House standards. Develop new bakery recipes and seasonal products aligned with our brand identity. Ensure consistency in taste, texture, and presentation for all baked items. Supervise daily bakery operations, including dough preparation, fermentation, and baking schedules. Maintain hygiene, cleanliness, and compliance with food safety regulations. Collaborate with the kitchen and pastry team for menu development and special events.

Requirements



Minimum

3 years of experience

as a Bakery Chef in a restaurant, cafe, or bakery. Strong knowledge of dough fermentation, lamination, and artisan bread techniques. Creative flair and attention to detail in product presentation. Ability to manage production schedules and work efficiently under pressure. Excellent teamwork and communication skills. Passionate about baking and maintaining high culinary standards.

Pay: From QAR3,500.00 per month
