Job Role:

As our Bakery / Pastry Chef, you will play a key role in daily production, recipe development, and creative brainstorming. You'll work closely with and report directly to the Executive Chef. This is a hands-on role perfect for someone who's excited to work in a startup environment and help shape the identity of a fresh, modern bakery brand.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare a wide variety of bakery and pastry items, from refined classics to new, creative recipes. Assist in developing new menu items that align with our brand vision: modern, fresh, indulgent, and wholesome. Maintain consistency in flavor, texture, and presentation. Collaborate on product development, seasonal specials, and limited-edition launches. Uphold high standards of hygiene, cleanliness, and kitchen organization. Manage prep and production schedules efficiently with a small team. Be adaptable, proactive, and solution-oriented in a growing setup.

Requirements:

3-5 years of experience in a professional bakery or pastry kitchen. A strong sense of flavor, texture, and visual appeal. Experience with both sweet and savory baking is a plus. Comfortable in a fast-paced, evolving environment. A passion for creative baking and a love for bringing new ideas to life. Open to feedback, collaboration, and experimentation. Based in Dubai or willing to relocate.
