Only candidates who can reliably commute to or relocate near Al Rahmaniya, Sharjah, will be considered. The closest area to the job location is Al Yasmeen, Ajman

Responsibilities:

Prepare and bake a variety of pastries, bread, and baked goods according to recipes and standards. Measure and mix ingredients to create doughs, batters, fillings, and glazes. Ensure consistent quality, flavor, and presentation of all baked items. Monitor inventory levels and ensure proper storage of ingredients. Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen and baking areas. Adhere to food safety and hygiene regulations at all times. Collaborate with the team to develop new recipes and seasonal items.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a baker in the UAE or GCC Knowledge of baking techniques, equipment, and ingredients. Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow recipes precisely. Excellent time management and multitasking skills. A passion for baking and creativity in recipe development. Familiarity with food safety and hygiene standards.
