Job Description
The Role
- In-charge in the preparation of all doughs, pastries, cakes, sweets, sugar decorations and butter carvings; . Able to operate all machinery in pastry and bakery room, maintains quality standard set by the department and ensure that HACCP procedure has been followed all the time. . Checking of orders Received from flight. . Checking of all chillers and freezer and ensure the cleanliness and all items is labelled. . Check all stock items in Pastry store (date, expiry, cleanliness). . Preparing all types of breads, cakes, sweets, fresh sweets. . In-charge in the cleanliness of the working area.
- Minimum of three (3) years experience in the same role . Knowledge in safety, sanitation and food handling procedures. . Good communication skills are required. . Ability to work with the team. . Ability to work calmly and effectively under pressure.
