Preparing and baking a variety of bread, pastries, and other baked goods in accordance with recipes and quality standards. Key Responsibility : Prepare and bake a variety of baked goods. Follow recipes and portion controls Inspect finished products for quality, taste, and visual appeal. Ensure that all baked goods are fresh. Operate and maintain baking equipment,( ovens, mixers, and proofers) Ensuring the baking equipments are clean and in good working order. Report any equipment malfunctions or maintenance needs Adhere to food safety and sanitation standards Ensure compliance with health regulations Work closely with other kitchen staff Communicate effectively with management regarding production needs Please send your resume/CV
