Job Description

The Female Baker is responsible for overseeing a specific section of the kitchen (such as Baking , pastry, ). She ensures that all dishes are prepared to the highest standards of quality, hygiene, and presentation while supporting the smooth operation of the kitchen.

Key Responsibilities:



Prepare, cook, and present high-quality dishes within the designated kitchen section. Assist in the creation of new menu items and seasonal specials. Ensure consistent portion sizes, presentation, and taste across all dishes. Maintain the highest levels of cleanliness and food hygiene standards in compliance with HACCP and company policies. Monitor inventory levels and communicate stock needs to the Sous Chef or Head Chef. Train, guide, and supervise Commis Chefs and junior staff in the section. Manage time efficiently to meet service demands and minimize food wastage. Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure smooth service during busy periods.

Requirements:



Proven experience as a Chef de Partie or similar role in a professional kitchen. Culinary diploma or relevant certification is preferred. Strong knowledge of cooking techniques, ingredients, and kitchen equipment. Ability to work under pressure and maintain high standards. Excellent communication, teamwork, and leadership skills. Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: QAR4,500.00 - QAR5,500.00 per month
