Key Responsibilities:
Oversee all bakery operations, including production, quality control, and team management.
Develop seasonal menus, recipes, and specialty products to drive revenue and brand differentiation.
Manage food costs, labor, and inventory to maximize profitability without compromising quality.
Ensure adherence to HACCP, food safety, and local regulations.
Mentor junior bakers and maintain consistent standards across all products.
Requirements:
8+ years in pastry/bakery operations, with 3+ years in a leadership role.
Expertise in artisanal techniques (laminating, sourdough, decorative pastry).
Proven ability to scale production while maintaining excellence.
Strong business acumen (P&L, vendor negotiations, waste reduction).Food safety certification (mandatory or can obtain one).
