JOB LOCATION - Fujairah, UAE (Flights and accommodation provided)
The Baker is responsible for producing high-quality baked goods -- such as breads, pastries, cakes, and specialty items -- to support daily meal service and special events. This role ensures consistent product quality, follows hygiene and food safety standards (HACCP), and contributes to menu creativity and cost control. The Baker works closely with the Head Baker/Executive Chef to plan production schedules, maintain stock levels of baking ingredients, and ensure that the bakery runs efficiently and safely.
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:
Minimum of 3 years' experience in a similar role preferably in a 5-star hotel.
Culinary school diploma
HACCP certification

Ability to produce bread and other baked goods using manual and/or industrial processes
Knowledge of raw materials for dough, dough preparation times and procedures and various baking techniques
Knowledge of recipes and production techniques for bread and baked goods
Ability to operate electric and gas bread ovens
Knowledge of health, safety and hygiene regulations for food preparation
Ability to multitask
