We are looking for a passionate and customer-focused

Barista

to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience preparing high-quality coffee and beverages, providing excellent customer service, and maintaining a clean, welcoming cafe environment.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare and serve coffee, tea, and specialty beverages to company standards. Operate espresso machines, grinders, brewers, and other cafe equipment. Greet customers warmly and take orders accurately. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the counter, equipment, and seating area. Handle cash and POS transactions efficiently. Restock inventory such as coffee beans, milk, syrups, and bakery items. Follow all food safety and hygiene guidelines. Assist with opening and closing duties as required.

Qualifications

Previous experience as a Barista or in a cafe environment preferred. Strong knowledge of coffee preparation and espresso-based drinks. Excellent communication and customer service skills. Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced setting. Positive attitude, reliability, and strong work ethic. Flexibility to work different shifts, including weekends and holidays.
