Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Baker with experience in Tandoori bread making to join us.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and bake high-quality breads following the standards.
Operate and maintain baking equipment in a fast-paced production facility.
Ensure consistent product quality and adhere to food safety protocols.
Manage ingredient inventory and assist with dough preparation.
Qualifications:
Minimum of 2 years experience in bread making.
Strong understanding of bread fermentation, proofing, and baking techniques.
Ability to work in a team and meet production deadlines.
Detail-oriented with a commitment to maintaining hygiene and safety standards.
