croissant and pastry production
, including laminated doughs, empanadas, and other sweet baked items.
Experience with
desserts and cakes
is considered a strong advantage.
The role also includes assisting with
breakfast preparation
(omelettes, toasts, etc.) when required, and supporting the daily
kitchen operations
, including:
Inventory control and stock rotation
Proper labeling and storage of ingredients
Maintaining hygiene and organization in the production area
Knowledge or experience in
vegan and gluten-free baking
will be considered a valuable plus.
Requirements
Proven experience in bakery or pastry production (croissants, puff pastry, or empanadas)
Understanding of baking techniques, proofing, and temperature control
Basic knowledge of desserts or cake preparation preferred
Flexibility to assist with breakfast service
Team player with attention to detail and cleanliness
Able to work efficiently and follow recipes accurately
Positive attitude and willingness to learn
