We're searching for a full-time Baker to join our bakery in Al Mina, Dubai.

What you'll be doing:

The full production cycle of cookie dough preparation, creation, rolling, baking and decoration Maintaining high levels of cookie decoration and quality control Opening/closing the kitchen as required Adjusting cookies based on weekly changing menu Receiving online orders through the delivery app tablets: preparing, boxing and packaging correct cookie orders and dispatching to delivery riders Meticulous stock management including requesting ingredients, receiving and checking deliveries, FIFO "first in first out" stock rotation Maintaining maximum kitchen hygiene and food safety standards compliant with Dubai Municipality health regulations

What you'll need to succeed:

3-4 years experience as a Baker producing cookies, cakes etc 1 year work experience in Dubai Prior experience working for a small business in a small hands-on baking team Confidence working autonomously and alongside a team in a fast paced kitchen Strong communication, listening and problem solving skills Following structured kitchen processes and procedures Proactive and organized approach to food production, completing orders and kitchen operations Demonstrated commitment and responsibility to seeing the growth and success of small business Attributes: adaptability, openness, high-energy, passionate. Own Visa is an advantage but not required
