Assist in the preparation and production of a wide variety of baked goods including bread, pastries, sweets and other baked items.
Ensure that all products are prepared to the highest standards of quality, taste, and presentation.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bakery area, adhering to health and safety regulations.
Assist in inventory management and ensure stock is always fresh and of high quality.
Help with setting up and breaking down bakery equipment.
Collaborate with team members to achieve daily production goals and deadlines.
Contribute to the development of new and creative baked goods, ensuring they align with the hotel's luxury standards.
Provide excellent attention to detail and maintain consistency in all bakery offerings.
Continuously improve culinary skills and learn from experienced team members.
