Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and bake loaf bread, long bread, and samoon bread
Professional preparation of croissants, pastries, and assorted desserts
Mix, knead, and shape dough using proper bakery techniques
Monitor baking times, temperature, and production schedules
Ensure cleanliness and organization in the baking area
Maintain high standards of product quality, taste, and presentation
Follow food safety and hygiene regulations
Assist in developing new bakery items when required
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Baker or Pastry Chef
Strong knowledge of bakery and pastry production
Ability to work independently and meet production targets
Immediate availability preferred
Valid QID and NOC required
